If you would like to delete your account and the personal data associated with the app Hyaku, you can request it at any time by following the instructions below.
How to Request Account Deletion
In‑App Account Deletion
You can delete your account directly within the Hyaku app:
Open the app and go to Settings > Account. Be sure to be logged in and tap again on the account button to open the related dialog.
Tap Delete Account and confirm your choice.
Your Firebase Authentication credentials and all personal data associated with your user ID will be permanently deleted, as described below.
Account Deletion via email request
As an alternative to the in-app deletion method, send an email to support@oilstainedgames.com with the subject: "Account Deletion Request – Hyaku"
In the message, please include the email address you used to sign in to the app.
Please make sure you have logged out of the application or uninstalled it, to avoid a data re-sync that might cause the account to be recreated.
We aim to respond to account deletion requests within a reasonable time frame, typically within 2-3 weeks, and to complete data deletion within 30 days of verification.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Your Firebase Authentication credentials (Google or Apple login)
Any personal data linked to your user ID in Firebase Firestore (if stored)
Account-specific preferences, settings, or history (if applicable)
Your balance of in-app premium currency ("Sakura Flowers")
Note: this balance is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered, even if you reinstall the app or sign in again in the future.
Other in-app purchases (such as unlocked bundles or special content) made through Google Play or the App Store may still be recoverable through the store’s native Restore Purchases feature.
Note: Firebase Analytics data is anonymized and not directly linked to your identity, and may not be deleted as it cannot be tied back to a user. Please refer to the privacy policy to learn about the retention periods for Analytics data.
Data Retention
After deletion, your data will no longer be accessible.
Backups (if any) will be overwritten according to Firebase’s default retention policy.
Data Handling
All data is securely processed and stored using Google Firebase infrastructure.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
